The Building Holidays observed each year are listed below in order to aid your planning operations during the year:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Certain services are not provided on weekends and the holidays listed above. Please contact the Management Office at least 48 hours in advance, should you require any cleaning, heating, air conditioning or other special services on any of the above holidays. Tenants will be charged a nominal fee for building services on the above holidays.
